I tried for 10 years to get into the shape I wanted, but did so many things wrong…do any of the

My work is dedicated to helping men strengthen the foundation that carries them through leadership, family, and legacy.
In my 20s, I learned leadership first-hand while stepping into CEO and CFO roles for a company in East Africa that needed a turnaround. 150 people depended on structure, clarity, and consistency.
That experience shaped my understanding of how calm, rhythm, and presence influence performance far more than pressure ever could.
In my early 30s, I immersed myself in a different kind of leadership — mastering my health and physiology with the same precision I once brought to business.
I gained 50lbs intentionally — and then dropped it all within 7 months to prove that mastery is predictable when you apply the right system.
Now in my mid 30s, I bring those worlds together.
