THE 6 MISTAKES KEEPING STUBBORN BELLY FAT AROUND

Inside the free 6 Mistakes Vegetarian Execs Make playbook, you'll discover the nutrition mistakes that quietly stop busy executive men from getting leaner and exactly what to do instead.

These are the same mistakes I see across founders, CEOs and senior executives who:

  • Train 3–4x per week but still carry stubborn belly fat

  • Eat a vegetarian diet but struggle to hit enough protein

  • Feel like travel, restaurants and weekends keep undoing their progress

Inside you'll discover:

  • Mistake #1: Cutting carbs completely

  • Mistake #2: Not eating enough protein

  • Mistake #3: Overeating "healthy" foods

  • Mistake #4: Not controlling portion sizes

  • Mistake #5: Not eating enough fibre

  • Mistake #6: Erratic meal timings

Fix these six mistakes and you'll start to:

  • Lose belly fat more predictably

  • Feel fuller and more energised throughout the day

  • Build a nutrition system that works around business travel, restaurants and busy weeks

  • Make your results finally match the effort you're already putting into training

Why I built

Fit Exec Life

In my 20s, I stepped into CEO and CFO roles in East Africa, responsible for 150 people.

I learned quickly that calm, rhythm, and presence drive performance more than pressure.

I intentionally gained 50 lbs, then stripped it off in 7 months to prove that with the right system, change is predictable.

Now I help executive men whose careers look exceptional, but whose energy, body, and presence haven’t kept up.

Fit Exec Life exists to give you a clear, practical structure so your health finally matches the level you lead at.

This playbook is the starting point — the exact framework I use with clients before we ever change a single workout.

Why I built

Fit Exec Life

In my 20s, I stepped into CEO and CFO roles in East Africa, leading a team of 150 people.

Like many executives, I believed that training hard was enough. I worked out consistently, ate what I thought was a healthy vegetarian diet, yet still struggled to build the body I wanted.

The turning point came when I realised it wasn't my discipline that was holding me back.

It was a handful of nutrition mistakes that quietly cancelled out the work I was already putting into the gym.

I put on 50lb intentionally over 18 months and lost 50lb and 10 inches from my waist in 7 months. Since then I've helped executive men fix the same mistakes without asking them to give up business travel, client dinners or the foods they enjoy.

The six mistakes in this playbook are the same patterns I see repeatedly with founders, CEOs and senior executives.

Fix these first, and your training finally has the chance to produce the results you're working for.
